Our machine shop comprises a group of highly skilled craft specialists in a fully equipped machine shop.
Our experienced personnel create precision products following the exacting requirements of our customers.
We use state-of-the-art CNC lathes and mills to machine model and tunnel components to the highest quality standards.
Inspection equipment is calibrated to standards traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), and all materials, parts, and assemblies are inspected to rigid commercial and government specifications.

Beacon’s Engineering Services is a collaborative team approach between the USA and India teams.
Our Manufacturing Engineers are experienced and technically competent with hands-on experience with the machines and processes. We perform CAD modeling, process sheet development, CNC programming, and tool design. Each process approved for production includes quality, efficiency, and flexibility designed by our engineers
Continuous improvement activities begin as soon as a process has demonstrated capabilities. Engineers work with production operators to transfer non-value time into value-add results.
Beacon’s New Product Introduction (NPI) team consists of representatives from Engineering, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, Procurement & Admin/Finance.
